Welcome to v87pro. By accessing or using the v87pro platform — including the website at v87pro.cam, any mobile application, and all associated services — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you must not use the v87pro platform. These Terms & Conditions apply to all users of the v87pro platform, including registered members, visitors, and any person who places a bet or wager.

1Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

2Acceptance of Terms

By creating a v87pro account, by clicking the "I Agree" checkbox during registration, or by using any feature of the Platform, you confirm that:

1. You have read and understood these Terms & Conditions in full.
2. You agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions and any amendments thereto.
3. You meet all eligibility requirements set out in Clause 3 below.
4. You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
5. You understand that online gambling may be regulated or restricted in your jurisdiction and you take sole responsibility for ensuring compliance with applicable local laws.

v87pro reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Members via the registered email address or via an in-platform notification. Continued use of the Platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

3Eligibility

To register and maintain an active account on v87pro, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis:

• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, and other non-individual legal structures are not eligible to hold an account.
• You must be at least 21 years of age. v87pro enforces a strict minimum age policy. Any account found to belong to a person under 21 will be immediately suspended, all funds returned where verifiable, and the matter may be reported to relevant authorities.
• You must be a resident of Indonesia or accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is not expressly prohibited by applicable law. You are solely responsible for determining whether your access to and use of the Platform complies with the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of a v87pro employee, contractor, director, or officer.
• You must not have a prior account that was suspended or terminated by v87pro for any breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.

4Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on the v87pro Platform. Opening duplicate accounts — whether under the same name, email address, device, IP address, or payment method — is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

When registering an account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. You further agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and complete at all times.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. v87pro will never ask you for your password by email, live chat, or telephone. You must notify v87pro immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account by contacting our support team at the address provided in Clause 14.

• Account credentials must not be shared with any third party under any circumstances.
• v87pro accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorized account access resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure.
• All activity conducted through your account is your sole responsibility, whether or not you personally authorized that activity.
• v87pro reserves the right to verify your identity at account opening and at any point thereafter. Failure to provide requested documentation within the stipulated timeframe may result in account restriction.

5Deposits & Withdrawals

All account balances on v87pro are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). v87pro supports a comprehensive range of local payment methods to ensure fast, convenient transactions for Indonesian members.

Accepted deposit and withdrawal channels include: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, and e-wallets including OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.

• The minimum deposit amount is Rp 25.000. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your account.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Withdrawals below this threshold will not be processed.
• Deposits are credited to your account in real time or within a maximum of 10 minutes under normal operating conditions.
• Withdrawal requests submitted during business hours (08:00–22:00 WIB) are processed within 5 minutes on average. Requests submitted outside these hours are processed on the next available business cycle.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to payment accounts held in the same name as the registered v87pro account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• v87pro reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before approving any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or where suspicious activity has been flagged.
• Any funds deposited through fraudulent means, including stolen payment credentials or disputed transactions, will be forfeited and the account suspended pending investigation.

6Bonuses & Promotions

v87pro periodically offers bonuses, free bets, cashback rewards, and other promotional incentives to eligible Members. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that will be stated clearly on the relevant promotion page. The following general conditions apply to all v87pro bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms expressly state otherwise:

• Each promotion is available to eligible Members only. v87pro reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Bonus funds are added to your account as non-withdrawable credits. They must be wagered in accordance with the stated wagering requirement (typically expressed as a multiplier, e.g., 10x) before the resulting balance becomes withdrawable.
• Wagering requirements must be fulfilled within the promotional period stated for each offer. Unexpired bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements by the deadline will be forfeited.
• Bonus funds may only be used on games and bet types specified in the individual promotion terms. Certain high-RTP games or bet types (e.g., low-margin bets) may be excluded from wagering contribution.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once constitutes bonus abuse and will result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.
• v87pro reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that existing wagering obligations in progress at the time of cancellation are honored.
• Seasonal promotions tied to Indonesian cultural events — including Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, and Indonesian Independence Day — are subject to the same general bonus conditions unless specifically noted.

7Betting Rules

The following general betting rules apply to all wagering activity conducted through the v87pro Platform. Sport-specific and game-specific rules are published separately on the relevant game or market pages and form part of these Terms & Conditions by reference.

• All bets are final once confirmed. v87pro does not accept requests to cancel or amend a bet once it has been placed and accepted by the system, except where an obvious pricing error has occurred.
• v87pro reserves the right to void any bet placed at clearly erroneous odds resulting from a system error, data feed failure, or manifest pricing mistake. Members will be notified and stakes returned in such cases.
• Maximum bet limits apply per market and may vary based on event type, odds level, and Member account tier. v87pro reserves the right to adjust maximum stake limits at any time.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the settlement of a bet — including football (bandar bola, the Indonesian term for football wagering markets), mix parlay (accumulator betting), or any live casino game — v87pro's decision is final after internal review. Members may escalate to the complaints process outlined in Clause 14.
• Winnings from sports bets are calculated based on the final official result of the relevant event as determined by the governing body. Results from unofficial sources will not be accepted.
• For live in-play betting, the odds displayed are updated in real time. The odds at which a bet is confirmed constitute the final agreed odds, regardless of subsequent market movements.

8Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the v87pro Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of funds, and — where applicable — referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Opening or operating more than one account on the Platform, whether directly or through an associated party.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or any KYC verification process.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or any automated tools to interact with the Platform or to gain an unfair wagering advantage.
• Exploiting software errors, vulnerabilities, or bugs. Any winnings accrued through a known or suspected technical error must be reported immediately and are subject to forfeiture.
• Colluding with other Members or third parties to manipulate game outcomes, odds, or the integrity of any competition.
• Engaging in any form of arbitrage betting, "sure betting", or systematic exploitation of promotional offers in a manner inconsistent with good-faith recreational play.
• Using the Platform for any money-laundering activity, including structuring deposits or withdrawals to obscure their origin.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is expressly prohibited by applicable law, while concealing your location through a VPN or proxy service.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or harassing behavior toward v87pro staff or other Members.

9Intellectual Property

All content on the v87pro Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, software, graphics, text, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of v87pro or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. This license does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works of any Platform content.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or technology underlying the Platform.
• Use v87pro trademarks, logos, or brand assets without prior written authorization.
• Frame or mirror any part of the Platform on any other website or digital service.

10Privacy & Data

Your privacy is important to v87pro. The collection, use, storage, and sharing of your personal data are governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By accepting these Terms & Conditions, you also acknowledge and accept the v87pro Privacy Policy.

In summary, v87pro collects personal data that is necessary to operate the Platform, verify your identity, process transactions, prevent fraud, and comply with applicable legal obligations. 11Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, v87pro and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform.
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any part thereof, whether due to technical failure, maintenance, or circumstances beyond v87pro's reasonable control.
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information, odds, or content displayed on the Platform that is subject to change or was affected by a technical error.
• Any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account where such access was facilitated by your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits v87pro's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any other matter that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. v87pro makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

12Termination

v87pro reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
• Receipt of a court order, regulatory instruction, or law enforcement request.
• Inactivity: accounts with no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months may be classified as dormant. v87pro will attempt to contact you at your registered email address prior to applying any dormancy policy.

You may close your account voluntarily at any time by contacting our support team. Upon voluntary closure, any verified cash balance in your account will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to pending wagering obligations and completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

Upon termination, all licenses granted to you under these Terms & Conditions are immediately revoked. Clauses relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, governing law, and any accrued obligations survive termination.

13Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognized principles of commercial law as applied by the jurisdiction in which v87pro is licensed and incorporated. References to the Indonesia market context — including Indonesian banking infrastructure, currency (IDR), and local payment methods — are made for operational and localization purposes and do not constitute a representation that v87pro holds an Indonesian gaming license or is regulated by any Indonesian government authority.

v87pro operates as an internationally licensed and regulated online gaming platform. Details of our international licensing and regulatory credentials are available upon request by contacting our support team.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process (see Clause 14) shall be referred to binding arbitration under internationally recognized arbitration rules. The language of arbitration shall be English. The arbitral award shall be final and binding on both parties.

Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
